This place is absolutely beautiful. The pictures don't show the true beauty. I would l highly recommend this location. Leslie is a amazing and her response/communication is spot on. I wish my son's wedding was closer, I would definitely have the rehearsal dinner here . -Nancy 2/3/24 

This is a perfect space for an intimate gathering. The ambiance is so lovely in the evening especially when you light the place by candle light. Leslie is an exceptional host with a keen know how in entertaining. She also has a beautiful collection of candle sticks, glasses, plates, silver, and anything else you may dream of all under one roof. I give mad props to her and the space. Mathew 12/16/23 

Photos do not do this space justice. I rented the space for a Holiday Party and it delivered on the cozy, intimate, charming feel I was going for. Everything from the low lighting, candles flickering inside the beautiful glass/brass lanterns, greenery, and natural elements of the space created such a lovely atmosphere. Everyone was amazed. We booked this space for our intimate wedding and I’m so happy we did! Leslie was very attentive and gave us a lot of advice on how to space to its best potential. This venue was perfect for our co-ed jungle themed baby shower, with standard and additional decor. It was suitable for 35 guests and Leslie created a somewhat custom layout to accommodate games and food. We used the loft space, had access to the outdoors for fresh air. Parking was easy to find for guests on a Saturday evening. On the pricey side, but if you can swing it, you won’t be disappointed! Melinda 10/7/23

Micro wedding packages are available which include:
a three hour rental for up to twenty guests, a private get-ready suite, fully styled ceremony site & lounge spaces, coordinator & 
award winning officiant, two hours of professional photography, personal floral, a toast with Bubbly & Beverages & wedding cake too!  
This space has great availability on saturdays & sundays! Package cost $3550.

Monday-Thursday daytime 8am-5pm $150/hr Evening 5-11PM $175/hr
Friday Evening 5-11PM $250/hr
Saturday 8AM-5PM $175/hr Saturday 5-11pm $275/hr
Sunday 8AM-5PM $175/hr...sunday evening 5-11Pm $195/hr

capacity is 2-35 Dinner/Seated & 45+ Cocktail/Standing
additional fees are minimal and include event insurance & cleaning fee
